So, no point of guessing whether Google is to make a major AR move in 2010. It is going to do it in 2009:

• Google Goggles has just launched, and can be downloaded from the Andorid Marketplace.
• Google sponsors a mobile QR reader and want store owners to put QR codes on their windows.

Indeed, the Google has awoken.
